A MOL Limo carsharing szolgáltatás regisztrációja 2020. május 20-28. között szünetel. Ebben az időszakban a regisztrálni kívánó felhasználók e-mail címükkel jelentkezhetnek egy feliratkozási listára.

Az adatkezelés folyamatának bemutatása: A MOL Limo carsharing szolgáltatás regisztrációja 2020. május 20-28. között szünetel. Ebben az időszakban a regisztrálni kívánó felhasználók e-mail címükkel jelentkezhetnek egy feliratkozási listára. A feliratkozási formot MOL Limo a hivatalos weboldalán teszi közzé. Amint a regisztráció újra elérhető lesz, MOL Limo elektronikus e-mailben értesítést küld a feliratkozó felhasználók számára. Az értesítés kiküldése után MOL Limo törli ezt a listát.

Adattovábbítás megvalósulása harmadik országba: -

Automatizált döntéshozatal ténye, ideértve a profilalkotást is, valamint legalább ezekben az esetekben az alkalmazott logikára és arra vonatkozóan érthető információk, hogy az ilyen adatkezelés milyen jelentőséggel, és az érintettre nézve milyen várható következményekkel rendelkezik: nem valósul meg automatizált döntéshozatal vagy profilalkotás.

Adatbiztonsági intézkedések:

Az Adatkezelő az Ön személyes adatai titkosságának, sértetlenségének és rendelkezésre állásának garantálása érdekében az adatait jelszóval védett és/vagy titkosított adatbázisban tárolja az IT biztonsági szabványoknak és standardoknak megfelelően. Az Adatkezelő az adatokat a kockázattal arányos védelem keretében, illetve a személyes és üzleti adatok klasszifikációjához mérten hálózati, infrastrukturális és alkalmazás szintű védelemmel (tűzfalakkal, antivírus programokkal, tárolást és kommunikációt titkosító mechanizmusokkal, melyek esetében az aszimmetrikus kódolás eredményeképpen a dekódoló kulcs ismerete nélkül a titkosított adatfolyam nem fejthető vissza, tartalomszűréssel és egyéb technikai- valamint folyamat-megoldásokkal) biztosítja. Az adatvédelmi incidenseket, folyamatosan monitorozza és kezeli.

Az Ön adatkezeléssel kapcsolatos jogai: Az Ön adatvédelmi jogait és jogorvoslati lehetőségeit, és azok korlátozásait részletesen a GDPR tartalmazza (különösen a GDPR 15., 16., 17., 18., 19., 20., 21., 22., 77., 78., 79. és 82. cikkei). Ön az adatairól bármikor tájékoztatást kérhet, bármikor kérelmezheti adatainak helyesbítését, törlését vagy kezelésük korlátozását, egyébiránt a jogos érdeken alapuló adatkezelés és a direkt marketing üzenetek küldése ellen tiltakozhat, és Önnek joga van adathordozhatósághoz. Az alábbiakban összefoglaljuk a legfontosabb rendelkezéseket.

Tájékoztatáshoz való jog: Amennyiben Adatkezelő Önre vonatkozó személyes adatot kezel, Adatkezelő köteles Önnek tájékoztatást nyújtani – az Ön erre irányuló kérelme nélkül is – az adatkezelés legfontosabb jellemzőiről, így az adatkezelés céljáról, jogalapjáról, időtartamáról, az Adatkezelő és képviselője személyéről és elérhetőségéről, a személyes adatok címzettjeiről (harmadik országba történő adattovábbítás esetén a megfelelő és alkalmas garanciák megjelölésével), jogos érdeken alapuló adatkezelés esetén az Adatkezelő és/vagy harmadik fél jogos érdekéről, illetve az Ön adatkezeléssel kapcsolatos jogairól és jogorvoslati lehetőségeiről (ideértve a felügyeleti hatósághoz történő panasz benyújtásának jogát), amennyiben Ön még nem rendelkezik ezekkel az információkkal. Adatkezelő ezt a tájékoztatást a jelen tájékoztatónak az Ön rendelkezésre bocsátásával adja meg.

Hozzáférési jog:
Ön jogosult arra, hogy az Adatkezelőtől visszajelzést kapjon arra vonatkozóan, hogy személyes adatainak kezelése folyamatban van-e, és ha ilyen adatkezelés folyamatban van, jogosult arra, hogy a személyes adatokhoz és az adatkezeléssel kapcsolatos egyes információkhoz hozzáférést kapjon, ideértve az adatkezelés céljait, az érintett személyes adatok kategóriáit, a személyes adatok címzettjeit, az adatkezelés (tervezett) időtartamát, az érintett jogait és jogorvoslati lehetőségeit (ideértve a felügyeleti hatósághoz történő panasz benyújtásának jogát), továbbá az adatok érintettől való gyűjtése esetén ezek forrására vonatkozó információkat. Az Ön kérése esetén Adatkezelő az adatkezelés tárgyát képező személyes adatok másolatát az Ön rendelkezésére bocsátja. Az Ön által kért további másolatokért Adatkezelő az adminisztratív költségeken alapuló, ésszerű mértékű díjat számíthat fel. A másolat igénylésére vonatkozó jog nem érintheti hátrányosan mások jogait és szabadságát. A másolat kiadásának lehetőségéről, annak módjáról, esetleges költségeiről és egyéb részleteiről az Adatkezelő az Ön kérésére tájékoztatást ad.

Helyesbítéshez való jog: Ön jogosult arra, hogy kérésére az Adatkezelő indokolatlan késedelem nélkül helyesbítse az Önre vonatkozó pontatlan személyes adatokat. Figyelembe véve az adatkezelés célját, Ön jogosult arra, hogy kérje a hiányos személyes adatok – egyebek mellett kiegészítő nyilatkozat útján történő – kiegészítését.

Törléshez való jog:
Ön jogosult arra, hogy kérésére az Adatkezelő indokolatlan késedelem nélkül törölje az Önre vonatkozó személyes adatokat, Adatkezelő pedig köteles arra, hogy az Önre vonatkozó személyes adatokat indokolatlan késedelem nélkül törölje, amennyiben bizonyos feltételek fennállnak. Többek között az Adatkezelő köteles törölni az Ön kérelmére személyes adatait, amennyiben a személyes adatokra már nincs szükség abból a célból, amelyből azokat gyűjtötték vagy más módon kezelték; amennyiben Ön az adatkezelés alapját képező hozzájárulását visszavonja és az adatkezelésnek nincs más jogalapja; vagy a személyes adatokat jogellenesen kezelték; avagy Ön tiltakozik az adatkezelés ellen és nincs elsőbbséget élvező jogszerű ok az adatkezelésre; a személyes adatokat az Adatkezelőre alkalmazandó uniós vagy tagállami jogban előírt jogi kötelezettség teljesítéséhez törölni kell; a személyes adatok gyűjtésére információs társadalommal összefüggő szolgáltatások kínálásával kapcsolatosan került sor.

Ha az adatkezelés az Ön hozzájárulásán alapul, a hozzájárulás visszavonásának következménye:

Amennyiben hozzájárulását visszavonja személyes adatai kezelésére vonatkozóan, személyes adatait töröljük, az üzleti szolgáltatással kapcsolatos kapcsolatfelvételt és kapcsolattartást azonban sajnos nem tudjuk biztosítani.

Tájékoztatjuk, hogy az Ön hozzájárulásának visszavonása nem érinti a visszavonás előtt a hozzájárulás alapján végrehajtott adatkezelés jogszerűségét.

Az adatkezelés korlátozásához való jog:

Ön jogosult arra, hogy kérésére az Adatkezelő korlátozza az adatkezelést, ha az alábbiak valamelyike teljesül:

  1. Ön vitatja a személyes adatok pontosságát, ez esetben a korlátozás arra az időtartamra vonatkozik, amely lehetővé teszi, hogy az Adatkezelő ellenőrizze a személyes adatok pontosságát; b) az adatkezelés jogellenes, és Ön ellenzi az adatok törlését, és ehelyett kéri azok felhasználásának korlátozását; c) az Adatkezelőnek már nincs szüksége a személyes adatokra adatkezelés céljából, de Ön igényli azokat jogi igények előterjesztéséhez, érvényesítéséhez vagy védelméhez; vagy d) Ön tiltakozott az adatkezelés ellen; ez esetben a korlátozás arra az időtartamra vonatkozik, amíg megállapításra nem kerül, hogy az Adatkezelő jogos indokai elsőbbséget élveznek-e az Ön jogos indokaival szemben.
  2. Ha az adatkezelés a fentiek alapján korlátozás alá esik, az ilyen személyes adatokat a tárolás kivételével csak az Ön hozzájárulásával, vagy jogi igények előterjesztéséhez, érvényesítéséhez vagy védelméhez, vagy más természetes vagy jogi személy jogainak védelme érdekében, vagy az Unió, illetve valamely tagállam fontos közérdekéből lehet kezelni.
  3. Az adatkezelés korlátozásának feloldása esetén az Adatkezelő Önt előzetesen tájékoztatja.
  4. Az adathordozhatósághoz való jog nem sértheti a törléshez való jogra irányadó rendelkezéseket, továbbá nem érintheti hátrányosan mások jogait és szabadságait.

Ha az adatkezelés a fentiek alapján korlátozás alá esik, az ilyen személyes adatokat a tárolás kivételével csak az Ön hozzájárulásával, vagy jogi igények előterjesztéséhez, érvényesítéséhez vagy védelméhez, vagy más természetes vagy jogi személy jogainak védelme érdekében, vagy az Unió, illetve valamely tagállam fontos közérdekéből lehet kezelni.

Az adatkezelés korlátozásának feloldása esetén az Adatkezelő Önt előzetesen tájékoztatja.

Az adathordozhatósághoz való jog nem sértheti a törléshez való jogra irányadó rendelkezéseket, továbbá nem érintheti hátrányosan mások jogait és szabadságait.

Tiltakozáshoz való jog:
Ön jogosult arra, hogy a saját helyzetével kapcsolatos okokból bármikor tiltakozzon személyes adatainak az Adatkezelő jogos érdekéből eredő kezelése ellen. Ebben az esetben az Adatkezelő a személyes adatokat nem kezelheti tovább, kivéve, ha az Adatkezelő bizonyítja, hogy az adatkezelést olyan kényszerítő erejű jogos okok indokolják, amelyek elsőbbséget élveznek az Ön érdekeivel, jogaival és szabadságaival szemben, vagy amelyek jogi igények előterjesztéséhez, érvényesítéséhez vagy védelméhez kapcsolódnak.

A jogok gyakorlásának keretei:
Az Adatkezelő indokolatlan késedelem nélkül, de mindenféleképpen a kérelem beérkezésétől számított egy hónapon belül tájékoztatja Önt az előbbiekben felsorolt jogaival kapcsolatos kérelem nyomán hozott intézkedésekről. Szükség esetén, figyelembe véve a kérelem összetettségét és a kérelmek számát, ez a határidő további két hónappal meghosszabbítható. A határidő meghosszabbításáról az Adatkezelő a késedelem okainak megjelölésével a kérelem kézhezvételétől számított egy hónapon belül tájékoztatja Önt. Ha Ön elektronikus úton nyújtotta be a kérelmet, a tájékoztatást lehetőség szerint elektronikus úton kell megadni, kivéve, ha Ön azt másként kéri.

Ha az Adatkezelő nem tesz intézkedéseket az Ön kérelme nyomán, késedelem nélkül, de legkésőbb a kérelem beérkezésétől számított egy hónapon belül tájékoztatja Önt az intézkedés elmaradásának okairól, valamint arról, hogy Ön panaszt nyújthat be az illetékes adatvédelmi felügyeleti hatóságnál (Magyarországon a Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóságnál; „NAIH”), és élhet bírósági jogorvoslati jogával. Ha a bíróság (törvényszék) a keresetnek helyt ad, a jogsértés tényét megállapítja és az Adatkezelőt a jogellenes adatkezelési művelet megszüntetésére, az adatkezelés jogszerűségének helyreállítására, illetve az érintett jogai érvényesülésének biztosítására pontosan meghatározott magatartás tanúsítására kötelezi, és szükség esetén egyúttal határoz a kártérítés, sérelemdíj iránti igényről is.   • 1.

    What is MOL Limo carsharing and what is your service area?

    MOL Limo is a a car rental service and following the registration you can book a car through an app 0-24 during the day. You can start and finish your rental in the Limo zone, but it is allowed to use the car outside the Limo zone. At the end of your trip, park anywhere in public areas of Budapest within the Limo zone. Please check the map of the Limo zone and in the app.

  • 2.

    Who can use the service?

    Anyone who is over 20 years old, has had a valid category B driving licence for at least one year and hold a Hungarian address card, and registers in the app.

  • 3.

    Can I use your service as a company or only as a private individual?

    MOL Limo is available to companies as well for business trips and cafeteria. If you would like to register your business, please contact us at business@mollimo.hu

  • 4.

    4.How long can I rent a car?

    Your rental can last up to 3 days.

  • 5.

    What is included in the rental fee?

    The rental fee includes: parking in public areas of Budapest is free of charge according to the KRESZ (Hungarian Traffic Code), filling and refuelling, a Pest County or national motorway sticker and maintenance costs, as well as free kilometres for daily rental, the exact amount of which is indicated in the price list.

    How do I pay?

    The payments are automatically deducted from the registered debit or credit card.

  • 7.

    What do I need to know about Monthly Plan Package and Spendable Package?

    As a monthly plan user, you get 20% discount on rental fees and a free monthly BUBI pass. The monthly fee of spendable package is 100% spendable and you get 30% discount on rental fees. The package is valid for 30 days and automatically renewed, but can be cancelled any time. You can choose package in your application.

  • 8.

    How much time do I have till getting to the car?

    Once booked with LIMO, you have 25 minutes to pick up the car of your choice. After that, you can only re-book Limos once. So you can book the same car for 2 x 25 minutes in a row. If you do not start your journey within this time, you cannot re-book the selected car for 120 minutes. You can of course book another vehicle.

  • 9.

    What to do if I need a quick stop (for instance shopping), however I would like to continue my trip after that?

    Do not end your booking in the app, just change it to the stopover option or lock the car with the key.

  • 10.

    What is the difference between LIMO and LIMO FIX service?

    LIMO FIX is a station based service, where you can rent a car for 1-30 days. You can pick up and bring back the car to the designated station by the end of the previously booked rental period. Free parking is not included in the rental fee. The monthly plan package’s and spendable package’s discount is not valid for LIMO FIX rentals. More information: https://www.mollimo.hu/en/limo-fix

Registration

  • 1.

    How do I register?

    In the MOL Limo app. During registration you will need to upload two photos of your driving licence (both sides of it), photo of the address page of your Hungarian address card, as well as a selfie with the front page of your driving licence.

  • 2.

    How do I download the MOL Limo app?

    You can download the application from the App Store, Google Play and Huawei App Gallery.

  • 3.

    When I register, do you request security deposit?

    No, we do not do such things.

  • 4.

    What types of debit or credit cards do you accept?

    At the moment, we can only accept embossed Mastercard, Visa or American Express cards.

  • 5.

    My phone uses Windows, I can’t download the app!

    You cannot download the app to a Windows Phone, it is only available on Android or iOS.

  • 6.

    I am abroad or I am expatriate in Hungary, can I download the app in this case?

    The app is available worldwide in every store, so foreigners living in Hungary can also use the service if they have a Hungarian address card.

  • 7.

    How much is the registration fee?

    The registration fee is 2490 HUF. Use the code DRIVELIMO during the registration and you get the registration fee back in Limo-credits.

  • 8.

    How to use the DRIVELIMO code?

    The beginning of promotion period is 6 October, 2021 00:01 and the promotion is valid at the date of registration, so independent of the date of acceptance. Any user who starts the registration process after 6 October, 2021 00:01 and uses the DRIVELIMO promo code correctly on the Registration field of MOL Limo application, is entitled to travel it after paying the 2490 HUF registration fee. The promotion can only be used with the DRIVELIMO code and MOL Limo is not responsible for incorrect use of the code. If the user redeems a code other than the DRIVELIMO code during the registration process, MOL Limo is not obliged to provide a correction, refund or compensation. The registration terms of the Limo GTC are valid for promotion registration (https://www.mollimo.hu/hu/legal). In case of the declined registration, the user will not receive free minutes in any way, even if we accept the registration later. The promotion registration is not valid for the registrations started before 6 October, 2021.

    The registration fee of HUF 2,490 will be debited, which amount will be credited as travel credits, which can be used to start a rental, for km, hourly and daily fees. The value of the credit received in this way is HUF 2,490 gross, which you can use for 60 days from the date of redemption, even during several trips. The credit amount is automatically deducted during the trip. Credits can be used with all types of cars in the Limo fleet. The free minutes can not be applied to the monthly fee, airport fee or the penalties, fines and other fees receiving during the promotion period.

    The discount is only available to registered private users. You can find the amount and the expiry date of discount under the „Limo-credits and coupons” field in the app. The amount of trips will be charged daily from the total amount of the discount, not immediately after the trip. MOL Limo will not send another special notice about the discount and its use or expiration. You can not convert the discount to cash and can not donate it. If you do not use the discount until the expiration date, Limo will not be able to refund it, reactivate it or convert it to cash.

    MOL Limo has the right to withdraw the discount anytime and does not take responsibility for any loss arising from technical problems related to the application or the backend system. MOL Limo is not responsible if the user is unable to use the discount due to the absence of information.

    The promotion is valid until it is canceled.

  • 1.

    How can I link my MOL Move and MOL Limo accounts?

    In the MOL Move app, you can access the "Link MOL Limo" menu item in the My Profile menu. Here, you can request a special promotional code by clicking on the "Link MOL Limo" button, which you can redeem in the MOL Limo app under "Limo credits and coupons"; by redeeming the coupon, we will not only link your accounts, but also top up your balance with 500 HUF Limo credit.

    Important: You can only link your accounts if you have both MOL Move and Limo registration.

  • 2.

    How can I collect points with riding with Limo?

    You get 1 point for every 100 HUF spent on ride, or double points if you rent any electric or hybrid car. Points are calculated based on the total amount of the trip, which may includes other items in addition to the per minute charge, such as rental start-up fees, airport charges, so you get points for these as well.

    In addition, if you are a monthly plan Limo user, you will receive 50 points every month in exchange for the monthly fee, and 1 point for every 100 HUF you spend on credit purchases via the Limo app. However, remember, as points are calculated based on the total amount of your bill, if you paid for your trip with Limo credits, you will not receive MOL Move points.

  • 3.

    How do I split my Limo and MOL Move accounts?

    If you no longer wish to earn points with Limo driving, please send an email to hello@molmove.hu and we will disconnect your accounts within 30 days. If you change your mind later, you can reconnect your MOL Move and Limo accounts at any time.

Refueling / Charging

  • 1.

    Who is responsible for recharging/refueling the cars?

    Cars are filled up and refuelled by our colleagues, but you can also earn Extra Limo credits if you fill up/refuel a low-range car during your LIMO rental. You can find the conditions here: Tankolás & töltés kreditért - Promóciós Szabályzat In the case of LIMO FIX rentals, the car has to be placed on the filling station / refuelled before the rental can be completed, so the promotion does not apply to LIMO FIX rentals.

  • 2.

    Where can I recharge Limo cars?

    You can recharge our cars at any MOL Plugee station in Hungary with the help of the blue charging card in the glove compartment.

  • 3.

    How can I recharge Limo cars?

    If the autonomy of the car is low, search for a MOL Plugee station near You. The MOL MOVE or MOL Plugee application can help you with this.

    Park the car in front of the desired charger.

    Take the charging card from the glove compartment of the car. Touch the card to the card reader of the Plugee charging post, then connect the charging cable to the car and make sure that the charging has started.

    If you would like to stop the charging process, touch the card to the card reader, then put the charging cable back in its place.

    At the end of the process put the card back in its place, otherwise you’ll not be able to finish your trip.

  • 4.

    Can I finish my trip at a charging station?

    You can’t close your rental at the LIMO service charging point. In the case of LIMO FIX service, you must lock the electric car at the charging post by starting the charging.

  • 5.

    Are there charging cables in the cars?

    No, there are no cable in the cars and unfortunately we cannot manage to equip you with one, so if you need to charge a car, look for charging stations equipped with cables. We warmly recommend our friends at MOL Plugee, you check the continuously growing network here.

  • 6.

    Where can I refuel Limo cars?

    You can refuel our cars at any MOL gas station in Hungary with the help of the black-gold fuel card in the glove compartment.

  • 7.

    How can I refuel Limo cars?

    If the autonomy of the car is low, search for a MOL station near You. Park the car in front of the desired pump. Take the fuel card from the glove compartment of the car. Refuel the car fully with EVO 95 fuel (in case of Limo XL or XXL vehicles, use EVO Diesel) You cannot use the card to buy premium fuel! Go to the shop and pay with the fuel card, using the PIN code that you can find in the app (Trip details: „How to refuel” „Get details” „Show PIN code”) Put the card back in its place, otherwise you’ll not be able to finish your trip. If you have any questions or problems, contact our Customer Service through Facebook Messenger or dial +36 1 776 7176!

  • 8.

    How can I refuel the Opel Movano?

    The fuel cap of the Opel Movano (Limo XXL) is locked with a key. You can find the key in the glove compartment, next to the fuel card holder. Unlock the fuel cap with the key, then start refueling with EVO Diesel fuel. Remember to put the key back in its place, otherwise you will not be able to complete your rental

Got some difficulties

  • 1.

    The car I booked is not in the best condition.

    Report any damages in the app before unlocking the car at the Damage report section, should there be a cleanliness issue, report it via the Cleanliness surface.

  • 2.

    I cannot open or lock the car. I am freaking out!

    Please call our lovely colleagues at the customer service from the app or at this number: +36-1-776-7176

  • 3.

    I left my stuff or I found someone else’s in the car. What should I do?

    Please call our lovely colleagues at the customer service from the app or write an email to them at info@mollimo.hu

  • 4.

    What happens if I do not return the key?

    If you do not put back the key to its place in case of VW & Kia, Fiat 500, Opel Astra, Opel Combo Cargo, Dacia Spring, Toyota Yaris, Toyota Yaris Cross Hybrid vehicles, or the gas cap key in case of Opel Movano, then you cannot end your trip and the rental fee is charged on you. So if you do not need the car anymore, please put back the key to its place in the glove compartment. Should you lose the key, please report it to the customer service. We will charge the cost of the key replacement as it is stated in the Terms.

  • 5.

    Who pays the parking, speeding or other fines?

    Fines due as a result of your wrongdoing, therefore you must carry the consequences. After receiving a fine, we charge it on your credit card together with the administration fee according to our Terms. Our system enables us to identify who used the car when the specific event happened.

  • 6.

    What happens if there is an accident I am involved with a MOL Limo?

    Notify Customer Services from the app or by calling +36-1-776-7176 and the authorities if necessary. Wait on the spot until our colleague arrives.

  • 7.

    What happens if I do not return the airport entry or the fuel card?

    If you do not put back the cards to its place in the glove compartment, then you cannot end your trip and the minute fee is charged on you, just like in case of keys. So after the usage, please put back the plastic cards to its place as well. As it is stated in the Terms, we will charge the cost of improper use or loss of airport and fuel cards.

    Tip: Before starting a trip, always check whether the plastic cards is in the vehicle and if you cannot find it there, please notify our Customer Service.

  • 8.

    I got stopped by the police, what should I do?

    Certified copy of the vehicle log book is in the glove compartment. That should do the job alongside your personal documents.

  • 9.

    How do I cancel a booking?

    In case of LIMO service, you can cancel your reservation by pressing the "Cancel" button in the app. In LIMO FIX, cancellations at least 24 hours before the start of the booked rental period are free of charge, but within 24 hours you will be charged a cancellation fee.

Daily rental

  • 1.

    What is the maximum rental period for a trip?

    You can rent a car for up to 3 days with LIMO and up to 30 days with LIMO FIX.

  • 2.

    Can I end my trip outside of Budapest now?

    No, you can still start and finish your rental only within the Limo zone or, in case of LIMO FIX rental, at the designated station, but you can drive anywhere in Hungary and use the app or key (if you have one) to open and close the cars outside the Limo zone.

  • 3.

    Can I go abroad now?

    Yes, you can go abroad, but only with Toyota Yaris Cross, Toyota Corolla Cross or Suzuki Vitara cars, during the „Travelling abroad promotion” period according to the promotion policy, which can be found HERE.

  • 4.

    After how many minutes do you switch to daily rental?

    Once your rental time exceeds 300 minutes, it will automatically switch to daily rental. If your trip exceeds 24 hours, the next day your rental time will be charged on an hourly basis and once your rental time exceeds 300 minutes again on the second day, it will switch to the daily fee.

  • 5.

    What is the mileage rate for a daily rental?

    The daily fee includes 50 free kilometres for LIMO and 100 free kilometres for LIMO FIX, which can be combined in case of multi-day rental. Extra mileage charges only apply if the free mileage is exceeded.

  • 6.

    Are zone fees included in the maximum daily fee?

    No, these are not included in the maximum daily fee. So if you start or finish your rental in a zone that has additional fees (for example: airport fee) these are automatically added to your rental and not included in the maximum daily fee.

  • 7.

    Are there highway vignettes on Limo cars?

    All Suzuki, Mercedes, Toyota, Opel and Tesla models come with an annual motorway sticker valid for the whole of Hungary, so you don’t need to buy one separately if you’re taking one of these cars on a long journey anywhere in the country. Other models have a Pest County motorway sticker, so if you drive them on toll roads outside Pest County, you will still need to buy the sticker. Pro-tip: Join my MOL Limo team!   • 8.

    If I had more than one trip a day, does the maximum daily fee apply to me?

    If you have made more than one trip in one day, each trip is covered separately. If you want to take advantage of the daily rate, it is important not to close your rental while you need the car, because if you start a new trip, the system will start the calculation from the beginning, so two (or more) rentals cannot be combined under one daily rate.

Insurance

  • 1.

    How is my liability if an accident happens?

    If you were not the party who caused the accident, you are of course not liable to pay. If you were the party who caused the accident, the amount of compensation payable will be determined on the basis of the exact value of the damage and the circumstances of the accident. For more detailed information, see GTC and its Damage Catalogue Annex available on our website:

    1. In case of damages specified in the Damage Catalogue we charge the User the penalty amount specified therein and the relevant fees specified in the Tariff (e.g. administration fee, trailer costs)

    2. For damage caused to Limo cars that are not specified in the Damage Catalogue, the user is liable for up to 20% of the total amount of the damage, but not less than HUF 350.000. For Tesla Model 3 this is different, you are liable for 20% of the damage, but at least HUF 1.000.000. If the amount of the damage is less than the minimum amount, the amount of the actual damage must be compensated:

    • Max. damage value HUF 1.750.000: HUF 350.000 excess plus HUF 10.000 administration fee
    • For damages of high value: 20% of the repair costs plus 10.000 HUF administration fee
    • In the case of breach of the GTC (e.g. drunk driving, intentional damage): the total cost of repair plus HUF 10.000 administration fee
    • However, the amount charged to the User shall not be higher than the total amount of the damage, i.e. if the total amount of the damage is less than HUF 350.000, the actual cost plus an administration fee of HUF 10.000 shall be charged to the User.

    Special rules apply to the compensation conditions if the car is totalled as a result of the accident. For more details, please refer to the GTC.

  • 2.

    How is my liability if I buy a deductible service?

    You can reduce your liability by purchasing a deductible service. The deductible can be reduced to 20% for all cars except Tesla Model 3, but with a minimum of HUF 100.000, and 20% for Tesla Model 3, but with a minimum of HUF 350.000.

  • 3.

    How can I buy a deductible reduction service?

    You can purchase a deductible service before you start your lease. Before you unlock the car, the app will offer you the option to purchase the excess reduction service.

  • 4.

    How much does the excess reduction service cost?

    For a Tesla Model 3, the cost of the excess reduction service is 10.000Ft/day. For the rest of the fleet it is 400Ft/starting hour until you reach a maximum of 1.300Ft per day.

    If you book a car, you have 25 mins to get there. Don’t hurry, should anything hinder you getting there, you can rebook it once again for 25 mins. After that, however, you will not be able to book that specific car for 2 hrs.

  • You rent, you drive

    We know, that everybody is falling for Limo, however one thing is important: if it was you, who rented the car, you must be the one driving it, too.

  • Check where you park

    Do not stop the car where it's prohibited (e.g. taxi stations, handicapped parking, bus stops, etc.). Do not forget, driving in a bus lane is prohibited with an electric car as well!

  • Lost and found

    Did you find or lose something? No probs, just call the customer service!

  • Not in a proper condition?

    Always look around what you leave behind in your car! If you do not find the car in the right condition, please tell us in the app using the cleanliness report.

  • No pets allowed

    We love animals just as much, but unfortunately they are not allowed in a Limo! Please think of those with allergies, so if you are taking a Limo, leave your four-legged friends home!

  • Do not leave me alone!

    Your Limo is always ready to go! However, if you are currently not driving the car, please make sure to put the car to stopover mode, for your own safety. Otherwise, the Limo will automatically close itself and finishes your trip after 5 minutes and you will have to start a new trip.

  • Discover the whole country!

    Rent a Limo for longer terms and travel freely in the whole country! If you are leaving the country, do not choose MOL Limo. If you do cross the border, we will impose a severe penalty on you.

  • Find out more!

    If you are using MOL Limo, it’s important to know the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) as well. Ignorance of the GTC is no defence!

  • Daily rental after 300 minutes!

    If you chose daily rental, the timeframe starts from the booking time, not based on calendar days! When you reach 300 minutes during your rental, it will automatically turn to a daily rental.

  • Plugee is not a parking spot

    Did you finish your trip? In that case, do not leave the car at a MOL Plugee charger, because we have to charge you a fine of 25.000 HUF! Please always think of other electric car drivers, who needs to charge their cars as well and do not block the chargers!

  • Daily 50 km for free!

    Going on a longer trip? We are really happy, but to make sure you are feeling the same way, you can drive 50 km for free in each 24hr rental day! You started a daily trip but slipped over to the second day? No probs! Your rental will continue on hour based price and after you exceed 300 minutes again, you’ll get another 50 km for free.

  • LIMO FIX - Arrive on time!

    The essence of LIMO FIX is planability, which you, the next renter, would like to enjoy as well. Please always return the car to the designated station on time, by the end of the rental period according to your reservation, and inform our customer service immediately in case of obstruction! Remember, you will be charged a penalty in case of delay!

  • LIMO FIX - TESLA RENTAL

    Do you want to test the car on a longer trip? In the LIMO FIX package, the 24-hour rental period makes this possible, as 100 free km included. Are you planning a two or three day program? In this case, you get 100 km for each day, and the free kilometers can be combined, so you don't have to count the kilometers traveled every day!

  • LIMO FIX - Recharge / Refuel!

    For LIMO FIX rentals, you can lock the car only at the designated station, but the rental is considered complete when you have placed the electric car on the charging post and started the charging with the MOL Plugee card in the glove compartment, and the petrol/diesel car has been filled up to at least 80% with the fuel card in the glove compartment. If you fail to do this, you will be fined!

LIMO FIX

LIMO FIX, the station-based service, is convenient and can be planned, as the car can be picked up at the time booked in advance in the app at the designated station.

Download the MOL Limo app, register and if you are eligible to use the station-based service according to the conditions set out in the GTC, it will appear in the app.

Service operation
and process:

1.
Book an appointment
Book an appointment within the application, which is min. 1 hour, max. 30 days before the start of the rental is possible.
2.
Pay it
Once the booking has been made, the amount of the booked rental will be automatically charged to the credit card provided in the app, and if the charge is not successful, the booking will also fail.
3.
Plate number
You will receive the exact plate number of the car 15 minutes before the rental starts. To do this, click on the small key icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the app.
4.
Pick up the car
You can pick up the car at the designated station at the time you have booked.
5.
Open it
You can open the car in the application, the Tesla works with keyless start, stepping on the brake and putting the shift lever on the right side of the steering wheel in position D. A detailed description of how the Tesla works will be sent to the registered e-mail address after booking, or is also available here: Tesla user manual. 6.
Bring it back
The Renter must return the car to the designated station by the end of the rental period.
  • In the case of an electric car, at lock-out, the car must be placed on the 50kW MOL Plugee quick charger (or 15kW if this is not possible) located at the charging station and the charging must be started by touching the blue MOL Plugee card charging column RFID card reader located in the central storage compartment of the car after connecting the charging cable. If possible, start charging with a CCS charger.
  • For petrol/diesel cars, the fuel tank must be at least 80% full at the end of the rental period. Refuelling is free of charge at MOL stations using the fuel card in the glove compartment of the car.

Cancellation
conditions:

  • free cancellation at least 24 hours before the start of the booked rental period
  • cancellation within 24 hours, at least 15 minutes before the booked time, the fee is HUF 10 000
  • if cancelled within 15 minutes before the start of the booked rental period, full payment of the rental fee is required and the amount charged to the credit card will not be refunded

Important!

Please return the rented car to the designated station by the end of the booked rental period at the latest and place it in the MOL Plugee service station.

If you are unable to return the car by the end of the predetermined rental period, please inform the customer service immediately! In the event of late termination, a penalty equal to the amount of the rental may be charged.

If the car is not available on the booked date due to an obstacle (delay, accident, etc.) during a previous rental prior to your rental, we will inform you as soon as possible and will do our best to provide you with a car.

Cost of the rental

The minimum rental period is 24 hours, maximum 30 days, and the car can be used throughout Hungary. You can only book the type of car - the colour of the car cannot be chosen in advance - for the rental start dates offered by the application.

For each day started, the next day's fee will be charged, e.g. if you book a 27-hour rental, you will be charged for 2 days. It is also possible to end the rental before the end of the pre-selected rental period, however, no refund will be given and the rental fee for that period will be required.

Not included in the rental fee

  • Free parking is not included in the rental fee for the Limo FIX service, and any parking fees incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the Rent.
Liability for damage caused to the vehicle is different for Tesla than for the rest of the fleet, up to 20% of the total amount of the damage, but not less than HUF 1 000 000. If the amount of the damage is less than the minimum excess, the amount of the actual damage will be reimbursed. In the case of the deductible reduction service available in the application, liability is limited to 20% of the total amount of the loss, but not less than HUF 350 000. The deductible is payable before the start of the rental by automatic debit from the credit card provided in the app. In the event of an unsuccessful charge, the excess reduction service is not available.

    An airport fee of 2990 HUF will be added to the total amount of your rental. Lock the car, then approach the terminal through the passage. It is around 4-5 minutes walking distance.

The 5900 HUF registration fee will be charged, which will be credited for free minutes, which can be used for minute fee vehicle usage. The amount of free minutes are gross 5900 HUF, which you can use in the 30 days after redeeming, even for more trips. Free minutes are automatically reduced from your balance during the trip. The free minutes are available for all vehicles of Limo fleet and can also be used for stopover fee. The free minutes can not be applied to the monthly fee or the penalties, fines and other fees receiving during the promotion period.

The discount is only available to private users. You can find the amount and the expiry date of discount under the „Free minutes” field in the app. The amount of trips will be charged daily from the total amount of the discount, not immediately after the trip. So the available free minutes will appear under the „Free Minutes” field the next day. MOL Limo will not send another special notice of the discount and its use or expiration. You can not convert the discount to cash and can not donate it. If you do not use the discount until the expiration date, Limo will not be able to refund it, reactivate it or convert it to cash.

MOL Limo has the right to withdraw the discount at any time and does not take responsibility for any loss arising from technical problems related to the application or the backend system. MOL Limo is not responsible if the user is unable to use the discount due to the absence of information.

Of course, it is not necessary to be a Limo user to buy a gift card.

I’m not sure for who I buy the gift card is a Limo user? Is it a problem?

The receiver has 60 days to redeem the promotional code on the gift card. Thus, if he/she isn’t our user yet, he/she will need to register within 60 days, however the gift card cannot be used for the amount of the registration fee. If he/she is a Limo user, it is sufficient to enter the promotional code in the "Limo-credits and coupons" menu within the application.

How can I pay?

How long after the payment do we send the promo code containing e-mail?

The promotion period is 2 February (Sunday), 2020 00:01- 3 February (Monday), 2020 23:59. Any user who uses any type of Limo vehicle at least once during the defined period, is entitled to travel the 22% of trip(s) amount as free minutes after paying the total fee of trip(s). The total amount of trip(s) firstly will be charged, then 22% of your charged minute fees will be credited as free minutes which can be used for minute fee vehicle usage. The date of crediting is 10 February 2020, 23:59 at the latest. Spendable Package promotion

Promotion period: 01.09.2023-2024.01.31.

The promotion is open to all natural persons who have a valid, approved registration via the MOL Limo app, an active private account and who pay the fee for the SPENDABLE Package via the app during the promotion period and use the service contractually during the rental period (during the term of the Individual Rental Contract).

After paying the fee of HUF 7990 for the SPENDABLE Package, the User is entitled to the following:

for rentals started and completed in the LIMO service during the relevant 30-day period 30% discount on the current price for Occasional Use indicated in the Fee Schedule is granted for unlimited number of trips (the discount does not apply to LIMO FIX rentals),

and the fee of HUF 7990 is also 100% refundable for rentals started in LIMO or LIMO FIX within 30 days of the date of crediting. The credit of HUF 7990 will be automatically credited to your User Account.

The User can select and pay for the SPENDABLE package by selecting the SPENDABLE Package option in the settings of his/her User Account . If the User has a Monthly subscription, he/she can switch to the SUBSCRIBE package in the application after cancelling the Monthly subscription and before the expiry of the billing period or before the expiry of the Monthly subscription and billing period by contacting Customer Service. If the User switches to a SPENDABLE Package before the end of the duration of the Monthly subscription and the expiry of the relevant billing round, the Monthly subscription fee of HUF 1490 is not refundable.

Users who choose and pay for a SPENDABLE Package during the promotion period are entitled to the 30% discount for 30 days after the payment of the fee, and the fee of the package, i.e. HUF 7990, can be used within 30 days of the payment of the fee (e.g. if the fee is paid on 15.01.2024, the discount is valid and the credit can be used until 14.02.2024).

The 30% discount applies to: km fees, hourly packages, daily fees, extra km fees. The 30% discount does not apply to car rental unlock fees, fines and penalties, other charges and LIMO FIX rental fees.

The charge will be debited after each billing cycle until the User switches to Occasional Use. If the deduction of the fee from the payment instrument provided by the User is unsuccessful, the discounts on the SPENDABLE Package will automatically expire, the relevant credits will be cancelled and the User will be able to use the Service at the Occasional Use rate. The Service Provider shall not send a separate notification to the User of the unsuccessful deduction of the fee and the switch to the Occasional Use.

Free Monthly Fee package promotion

The Monthly Fee package can be cancelled on the next billing date by resetting the package to Occasional in the User's Account settings.   • uses the service contractually (during the term of the Individual Rental Contract) in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions

  1. Persons excluded from the Game

The Game is not open to owners, officers, employees or other persons having employment relationships with MOL Limitless Mobility Ltd., as well as employees or other persons having employment relationships with other companies of the MOL Group (e.g. MOL Plc.) supporting MOL Limitless Mobility Ltd., and any persons having employment relationships with such persons in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code. 8:1.§ (1) point 1) of the MOL Act may not participate.

The Game is not open to employees of companies belonging to the MOL Group in a managerial capacity and other persons in a managerial capacity with a legal relationship with the MOL Group and persons of such persons with a legal relationship with the MOL Group in a managerial capacity within the meaning of Art. 8:1.§ (1) 1) of the MOL Group.

A company in which MOL Plc. (registered office: 1117 Budapest, Dombóvári út. 28., company registration number: 01-10-041683) directly or indirectly holds more than 50% of the votes or has majority ownership or other control rights as stipulated in a separate agreement is considered to be a company belonging to the MOL Group.

If the Player does not accept the Game Rules or any of their provisions, he/she shall not be entitled to participate in the Game and shall be automatically excluded from the Game.

  1. Procedure of the Game, participation in the Game

The Players shall bear all consequences arising from any incorrect data provided by them. The Organiser is not in a position to verify the accuracy of the data provided during participation in the Game, and therefore the responsibility and all legal and financial consequences in this regard shall be borne by the Player in all cases.

In case of withdrawal of consent or withdrawal from participation in the Game during the Game Period or before the delivery of the Prizes, the Player shall not participate in the Game and shall lose his/her right to the Prize. After the delivery and uploading of the Prize, the Player may not make any statement that is contrary to his/her commitments contained in these Rules. The Prize of the Game may only be won and awarded to a Player who has a live and unsuspended MOL Limo registration during the Game Period and at the time of the Draw. The conduct of and participation in the Game is subject to these Rules. If the Game Rules do not regulate any issue, the relevant provisions of the applicable legislation shall apply.

  1. Winnings, winner

The prize of the Game is provided by MOL Limitless Mobility Kft. (Headquarters: 1117 Budapest, Dombóvári út. 28.). The prize: 100.000 HUF worth of Limo credits, usable for 365 days, which the winner can use when using the MOL LIMO service in accordance with the terms and conditions.

The credits cannot be given away. If the credits have not been used by their expiry date, MOL Limo cannot refund, reactivate or convert them into cash. The winning Player is not entitled to receive the prize if:

  1. Notification of the winner

The Winner will be notified by the Organiser via the e-mail address provided by MOL Limo at the time of registration by e-mail on 11.04.2024. The Winning Player must contact the Organiser within five working days of the notification for the purpose of e-mail correspondence and to arrange for the delivery of the prize. Details of the receipt and use of the prize will be agreed by e-mail message. If the Winning Player does not indicate within five working days that he/she wishes to claim his/her prize and does not start the process of agreeing on its receipt and redemption, the Organiser is entitled to refuse the prize and contact the substitute winner.

If the winning Player, by means of a previously completed consent document sent to him/her by the Organiser, acknowledges that the name and the photo taken upon receipt of the prize may be published by the Organiser on its social media sites as the winner of the Game, the Organiser shall make this information public.

  1. Other provisions

The organiser reserves the right to change the rules. The Organiser is entitled to unilaterally change the Rules without the consent of the players, after giving at least 24 hours' notice prior to the change, which players can find out about at www.mollimo.hu/legal. The Organiser is also entitled to suspend or terminate the Game by unilateral decision without prior notice or notification and without the consent of the purchasers. The Game may be terminated at any time prior to the expiry of the term in the event of force majeure, including where the Organiser is unable to ensure the proper conduct of the Game for reasons beyond its control. The Organiser shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, prohibition, suspension or termination of the Rules of Participation and the Organiser excludes all compensation and indemnification for any direct or indirect damages and costs arising from the foregoing, which the Player expressly acknowledges by participating in the Game. In the event that the provisions of these Promotion Policy and the GTC contain different provisions, the provisions of the Promotion Policy shall prevail.

Conditions of Participation:

Natural person Users who meet the following promotional conditions are automatically eligible to participate in the Promotion:

In addition to the countries mentioned above, no other countries are allowed to travel to with vehicles from the MOL Limo fleet within the framework of this promotion.

6. Use the LIMO service (except LIMO FIX Service) during the promotion period, i.e. the rental starts and ends within the promotion period, i.e. the Users end their rental in the Limo zone in Hungary.

7. Use the service during the term of the Single Contract of Use in a contractual manner, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions and in compliance with the applicable traffic regulations (e.g. Highway Code) and applicable laws of the country concerned.

Users are obliged to comply with the provisions of the GTC, in particular those set out in Clause 5 thereof, when travelling abroad in accordance with these Promotion Rules.

If Users violate the traffic regulations or any other legislation in force in the country concerned and the Service Provider is held liable by the authorities or third parties, or if the vehicle is damaged, the User shall be liable for compensation for the damage caused, in accordance with the GTC, in particular point 17 thereof.

If the Service Provider has to have the vehicle transported from abroad to Hungary for any reason, the Service Provider is also entitled to the transport fee and additional costs, as well as the administration fee set out in the Tariff.

Additional terms and conditions applicable to rental

The User can fill up the petrol or diesel vehicles with the fuel corresponding to the type of vehicle at the Service Provider's expense by means of the MOL Group Gold Europe fuel card in the vehicle. Further rules on refueling are set out in clause 7.6 of the GTC.

If the User uses a motorway outside Hungary, the User is obliged to pay the toll.

In the event of any problem (e.g. breakdown, accident, damage, vehicle fault message) during the rental period, the User is obliged to park the vehicle as soon as possible and inform the Customer Service and the contracted Assistance partner of the problem.

If the vehicle needs to be repaired by a specialist due to a breakdown determined by MOL Limo Assistance's partner, MOL Limo will provide the User with a replacement car for a maximum of 2 days and may cover the additional costs up to a maximum of EUR 500. If MOL Limo, after all detailed investigations of the case, comes to the conclusion that the User has breached the GTC, then Clause 17 of the GTC shall apply and the User shall reimburse MOL Limo for all costs incurred by MOL Limo in connection with the repair, transport or breakdown of the vehicle.

If an Assistance partner is used, the User shall ensure that a representative of the Assistance partner is present on the spot.

What to look out for when going abroad with Limo?

What types of car can I use the service with?

For your trip abroad, you can currently only choose from the Suzuki Vitara, Toyota Yaris Cross, Toyota Corolla Cross and Opel Movano. These cars have a fuel card with an international acceptance network and are also eligible for the international assistance service.

What are the prerequisites for travelling?

In addition to your active Limo registration, the prerequisite for the trip is that you have a Limo balance of at least 50.000 HUF in your Limo credits and coupons menu in your User Profile at the start of the rental. This condition is checked by the Limo customer service.

If you do not have any Limo credits yet or if your existing credits need to be supplemented, you can purchase additional credits in the Limo credit packages menu.

Pro tip: By purchasing the 54.000 HUF Limo-kredit package, you can fulfill the prerequisites for your trip by paying 50.000 HUF and gaining additional 4.000 HUF in extra credits.

Which countries can I go to?

Currently you can only use the service in Austria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Czech Republic and Germany.

Please plan in advance where you will refuel, as the coverage of the fuel card acceptance network may vary from country to country. If you are going to Austria, fill up your Limo in Hungary if you can, because in this country you can only fill up at the Inntaler Kufstein filling station in Kufstein using the fuel card.

Tolls and parking

Once you have crossed the border of Hungary, all motorway and other tolls and parking fees are your responsibility, please ensure that they are settled in any case.

Starting, stopping and continuing a rental

Turn on your Bluetooth before starting the rental!

Our Suzuki Vitara, Toyota Corolla Cross and Opel Movano vehicles do not have a key. While renting the car:

Lock: by pressing the pause rental button,

To unlock : press the Continue button

To make sure that the connection between the car and the app works in all situations (e.g.: underground car parks, no cell phone coverage, high altitude areas), check in the phone settings that Bluetooth is enabled for the MOL Limo App.

- IOS: In the Settings menu, scroll down to MOL Limo app and check Bluetooth

- Android: Settings --> Apps --> MOL Limo --> Permissions --> Bluetooth

Please do not close the app during the rental, leave it running in the background.

You can only lock the rental within the Limo zone.

What happens if I cause an accident abroad?

Notify the Customer Service from the app or by calling +36-1-776-7176 and, if necessary, the authorities. If there is disagreement between the parties be sure to notify the authorities!

Please also make sure that the accident report form (blue-yellow) is always completed in full, signed and that responsibility for the accident is taken by one of the parties.

Consider whether the car is fit to continue driving, if not, notify the contracted Assistance partner on the number + 36-134-77517!

What happens if the vehicle has broken down?

Notify the Customer Service from the app or by calling +36-1-776-7176 and they will provide you with information on what to do next.

What should I do if I am stopped by a police officer for a routine check?

A certified copy of the registration certificate is kept in the glove compartment of the car and must be presented along with your personal documents.

Summer promotion – travelling abroad

The General Terms and Conditions for MOL Limo Services (hereinafter referred to as "GTC"), the Tariff of Charges applicable to this promotion and the Promotion Policy are available at the following link:

In the event that the provisions of these Promotion Policy and the GTC contain different provisions, the provisions of the Promotion Policy shall prevail.

Conditions of Participation:

Natural person Users who meet the following promotional conditions are automatically eligible to participate in the Promotion:

1. have a valid, approved registration via the MOL Limo app and an active private account;

Trips made with a business account are not eligible for the promotion.

2. The data on the Users' address card has been verified and recorded, and accepted by the Customer Service in the application;

In addition to the countries mentioned above, no other countries are allowed to travel to with vehicles from the MOL Limo fleet within the framework of this promotion.

6. use the LIMO service (except LIMO FIX Service) during the promotion period, i.e. the rental starts and ends within the promotion period, i.e. the Users end their rental in the Limo zone in Hungary.

7. Use the service during the term of the Single Contract of Use in a contractual manner, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions and in compliance with the applicable traffic regulations (e.g. Highway Code) and applicable laws of the country concerned.

Users are obliged to comply with the provisions of the GTC, in particular those set out in Clause 5 thereof, when travelling abroad in accordance with these Promotion Rules.

If Users violate the traffic regulations or any other legislation in force in the country concerned and the Service Provider is held liable by the authorities or third parties, or if the vehicle is damaged, the User shall be liable for compensation for the damage caused, in accordance with the GTC, in particular point 17 thereof.

If the Service Provider has to have the vehicle transported from abroad to Hungary for any reason, the Service Provider is also entitled to the transport fee and additional costs, as well as the administration fee set out in the Tariff.

Additional terms and conditions applicable to rental

The User can fill up the petrol or diesel vehicles with the fuel corresponding to the type of vehicle at the Service Provider's expense by means of the MOL Group Gold Europe fuel card in the vehicle. Further rules on refueling are set out in clause 7.6 of the GTC.

If the User uses a motorway outside Hungary, the User is obliged to pay the toll.

In the event of any problem (e.g. breakdown, accident, damage, vehicle fault message) during the rental period, the User is obliged to park the vehicle as soon as possible and inform the Customer Service and the contracted Assistance partner of the problem.

If the vehicle needs to be repaired by a specialist due to a breakdown determined by MOL Limo Assistance's partner, MOL Limo will provide the User with a replacement car for a maximum of 2 days and may cover the additional costs up to a maximum of EUR 500. If MOL Limo, after all detailed investigations of the case, comes to the conclusion that the User has breached the GTC, then Clause 17 of the GTC shall apply and the User shall reimburse MOL Limo for all costs incurred by MOL Limo in connection with the repair, transport or breakdown of the vehicle.

If an Assistance partner is used, the User shall ensure that a representative of the Assistance partner is present on the spot.

Miscellaneous provisions

MOL Limo reserves the right to terminate or change the Promotion at any time and shall not be liable for any damages resulting from technical problems with the application or the background system. MOL Limo shall not be liable if the User is unable to participate in the Promotion due to lack of information.

The Organiser will inform the Users about the promotion, its details and the withdrawal of the promotion (1 month before the planned end date) on the MOL Limo social pages, in the newsletter or via the application.

REFERRAL PROMOTION

The promotion is valid from 12:00 PM on Monday, November 25, 2024, to 12:00 PM on Friday, January 6, 2025.

The promotion is open to all natural persons who have an active and approved MOL Limo account during the promotion period.

During the promotional period, the value of the referral code for the referrer is 4,000 Ft.

The referrer can find their unique referral code in the "Refer a Friend" menu of the application. The coupon code can be copied or shared directly from there. The referred user should enter the referrer's coupon code in the free-text "Coupon Code" field during the registration process.
The referrer becomes eligible to use the 4,000 Ft worth of Limo credits after the referred user completes their first trip. The referrer does not need a separate code for the discount, as the Limo credits will be automatically credited to their account after the referred user's first completed trip and automatically applied during trips. The credits are valid for 30 days and can be used in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

(For the referred user, the value of the coupon code remains 4,490 Ft. The registration fee of 2,490 Ft will be charged but will be credited back in Limo credits after the registration is approved.)

Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can they be used for registration fees, monthly fees, zone fees, penalties, fines, or other charges. Additionally, credits cannot be gifted. MOL LIMO - "Find the MOL Limo Reindeers" Prize winning game - Rules and Privacy Policy

1. Name and Organizer of the Prize winning game

The "Find the MOL Limo Reindeers" prize winning game (hereinafter referred to as the "Prize winning game") is organized by MOL Limitless Mobility Kft. (Registered office: 1117 Budapest, Dombóvári út 28., Company Registration Number: 01-09-303981) (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

2. Participation Terms

The Prize winning game is open to all natural persons over the age of 18 who are internet users, reside in Hungary, or have a registered address in Hungary (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant") and have an active Instagram account with which they participate in the Prize winning game.

If the winner has limited legal capacity, they are only eligible to handle the prize-related administrative matters and claim the prize in the presence of their legal representative.

Employees of the Organizer or its subsidiaries, individuals in any other legal relationship with them, or external personnel provided by contracted partners (e.g., personnel provided by a student organization) who are closely involved in organizing the Prize winning game and/or belong to or support the following organizational units in their work: Consumer Services, Digital Factory, Group Retail, Mobility, are not eligible to participate. Family members of the excluded individuals as defined by Section 8:1 (1) point 1 of the Hungarian Civil Code are also ineligible to participate in the Prize winning game.

Managers of the Organizer or its subsidiaries, as well as leadership members in other legal relationships regardless of their organizational affiliation, are also excluded from participating in the Prize winning game.

Furthermore, employees, subsidiaries, business entities, agencies, owners, executives, employees, or other personnel involved in the organization or execution of the Prize winning game, and their family members as defined by Section 8:1 (1) point 1 of the Hungarian Civil Code, are not eligible to participate. A subsidiary is defined as any company in which the Organizer or its Agent directly or indirectly owns more than 50% of the voting rights or exercises majority ownership or other control rights as specified in a separate agreement.

By participating in the Prize winning game, the Participant acknowledges that they have fully understood and unconditionally accept the Rules and the associated Privacy Policy. If the Participant does not accept the Rules or any of its provisions or raises objections, engages in behavior or communication incompatible with the spirit of the Prize winning game, they are not eligible to participate and will be automatically disqualified from the Prize winning game.

The Prize winning game is conducted and participation takes place in accordance with these Rules. In case of issues not regulated by the Rules, the relevant provisions of Hungarian law shall apply.

The Prize winning game is conducted on the Instagram platform: Participants use their own Instagram profiles to participate, and by doing so, they consent to the Organizer handling their profile names and the Agent contacting them through their profiles.

3. Duration and Procedure of the Prize winning game
Participants who, based on the prize winning game post available at https://www.instagram.com/mollimobudapest/ , upload a public photo to their Instagram account featuring the MOL Limo Reindeer and include the hashtags #mollimokaracsony and #mollimorenszarvas in the post description (optionally, the participant can also appear in the photo) will be eligible for the prize winning game and entered into the draw. Each participant's name will be entered into the draw only once, meaning that every profile meeting all conditions outlined in Section 2 represents a single chance to win. Chances to win cannot be increased.

The Prize winning game begins on December 5, 2024, at the time of the post's publication and ends on December 18, 2024, at 11:59 PM.

Participants are solely responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect data they provide. The Organizer is not able to verify the accuracy of the data during or after registration for the Prize winning game, and therefore all responsibilities, including legal and financial consequences, fall on the Participant.

By participating in the Prize winning game, the winner grants permission for their name and the photo submitted in the Prize winning game to be used by the Organizer on its communication channels in posts or stories. If the consent for personal data processing is withdrawn during the Prize winning game period or before the prize is awarded, the Participant will not be eligible to participate and will lose their entitlement to the prize. After the prize is awarded, the Participant may not make any statement contrary to their commitments under these Rules.

Only Participants with an active Instagram profile at the time of participation and the draw, through which they entered the Prize winning game, are eligible to win and receive the prize.

4. Draw Process and Schedule

The draw will take place on December 19, 2024, at 11:00 AM.

The winner will be notified via Instagram comment and private message and must respond within 7 business days of receiving the notification to provide necessary data for verification and coordination of prize delivery.

The prize draw will be conducted at the Organizer's headquarters (1118 Budapest, Gombocz Zoltán u. 9) using a computerized system to randomly generate numbers.

The draw will select 5 winners and 6 backup winners.

A Participant can win only one prize.

5. Prize and Exclusion of Participants

The Prize winning game offers the following prize:

The Organizer will award one HUF 10,000 MOL Limo gift voucher per winner. A total of five (5) MOL Limo gift vouchers will be awarded.

The gift voucher can be redeemed in the MOL Limo application within 60 days and used until December 31, 2025.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

A winner is ineligible to claim the prize if:

  • They are under 18 years of age;
  • They fail to respond to the Organizer’s notification within 7 business days;
  • Contact with the winner cannot be established via Instagram;
  • The winner declares that they are unable or unwilling to accept the prize;
  • It is proven that they participated in the Prize winning game with multiple or false registrations, thereby gaining an unfair advantage;
  • It is proven that they attempted to influence the Prize winning game process/results in any way;
  • They violate any provision of these Rules.

6. Notification of the Winner

The winner will be notified via Instagram comment and private message.

Subsequent communication with the winner will occur through Instagram messages, and the winner must respond within 7 business days of the notification. Details regarding the prize handover will be arranged through Instagram messages.

If the winner does not indicate their intent to claim the prize and fails to initiate the prize collection process within 7 business days of the notification, the Organizer is entitled to deny the prize, announce a backup winner, and notify the next backup winner in order of the draw.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. The Organizer (MOL Limo) will fulfill all tax obligations related to the prize under applicable laws. The Organizer may publicly announce the usernames of the winning participants on the MOL Limo Budapest Instagram page in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The winner has the right to decline the prize within 7 business days following the draw by sending an email to the Organizer at the following address: neo@neointeractive.hu. In such cases, the Organizer will notify the backup winner. If the prize cannot be awarded to the designated backup winners, the prize will not be redistributed and will remain unclaimed.

If the winner has limited legal capacity, they can only manage administrative matters and claim the prize in the presence of their legal representative.

The Organizer will deliver the prize within 5 business days of the winner’s response. The gift voucher will be sent via email.

The Organizer will bear the personal income tax (PIT) obligations for the prize. Beyond delivering the prize and settling potential tax obligations, the Organizer assumes no additional responsibilities.

7. Miscellaneous Provisions

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Rules. The Organizer may amend the Rules unilaterally with at least 24 hours of prior notice, without requiring participant consent. Participants can review changes at www.mollimo.hu/legal .

The Organizer reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Prize winning game without prior notice or announcement, particularly in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control that prevent the proper execution of the Prize winning game. The Organizer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages or costs arising from modifications, suspensions, terminations, or cancellations of the Prize winning game, which participants explicitly acknowledge by entering.

If technical or security issues arise that jeopardize the lawful execution of the Prize winning game, the Organizer reserves the right to pause or terminate the event.

The Organizer is not liable for any technical issues affecting the MOL Limo mobile application that may prevent users from accessing the service during the Prize winning game.

The Organizer may suspend or cancel the Prize winning game and/or disqualify any participant in the event of unfair participation or abuse.
